Every new frame family is offered as one size on this site.

No! You keep your frames. We craft replacement lenses based on your prescription values and frame model. Once your lenses are ready, we ship them directly to you and you (or an optician) can install them.

No — Provocateur sells replacement lenses only. Smart-glasses frames and electronic hardware are never included. You keep or purchase your frames separately, and we provide the custom lenses.

Yes. You can order clear, photochromic, tinted, polarised, or blue-light replacement lenses even when you do not need vision correction. Choose Non-Prescription; no Rx values or prescription upload are required. Non-prescription lenses start at $44.99.

Check the inside of your temple arm and the original packaging for the frame name or model number. Ray-Ban model numbers such as RW4006 and RW4008 are usually printed inside the arm. If you're unsure, email support@provocateur.us and we'll help.

Your prescription is provided after an eye exam by your optometrist or ophthalmologist. It will include SPH (sphere), CYL (cylinder), AXIS, and usually a PD (pupillary distance). If you can't find your prescription, contact your eye doctor — you're legally entitled to a copy.

Some prescriptions don't include PD. You can ask your optometrist to measure it, or use the free GlassesON app on your smartphone to measure it yourself at home. Alternatively, contact us and we can guide you through the process.

For a prescription order, uploading the document is optional: you can enter all values manually. A copy helps us verify those values, so we recommend it when available. For a non-prescription order, no Rx values or upload are needed at all.

We support SPH from -15.00 to +15.00, CYL from -8.00 to +8.00, AXIS from 0 to 180, and ADD from +0.75 to +4.00. If your prescription falls outside these ranges, please contact us for a custom quote.

Clear, tinted, and polarised single vision lenses are produced in 1–4 business days. Photochromic lenses take 3–5 business days. Progressive lenses require 1–2 weeks due to the precision craftsmanship involved. Shipping time is additional.

Every order includes your pair of custom prescription or non-prescription replacement lenses with premium anti-glare, scratch-resistant, and UV400 coatings, plus a storage case and a premium microfiber cleaning cloth.

After you submit your order, we'll reach out to confirm all your details and send you a payment link or handle. We accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. We don't process card payments directly on the site at this time.

You won't be charged until we've confirmed your order details are correct and you've approved everything. We'll reach out after you submit your order to verify and process payment before we begin production.
